Why do our finger nails grow faster than our toe nails?

I heard the theory that finger nails are over used part of our bodies, they should be growing faster because of better blood circulation, which causes stimulation to the finger nails growth. But that is not scientifically proven. I think they grow with the same rate. Our toe nails are thicker (they grow in 3D) it looks they grow slower, but actually the amount of nail growth is the same. You can experiment, collect the stuff for a month or two from both toes and fingers, put them in different containers and then weight them on a scale. Why do our finger nails grow faster than our toe nails?
Hmm good question... Also wh doesn't my hair on my head grow as fast as my hair down there.... Hmmm...Why do our finger nails grow faster than our toe nails?
anything expose to sunlight will grow faster and maybe your socks and shoes wear the nails down .
This is relating to the recycling of generations. The younger will be get the hair easily longer. Even the finger nails we are always have movement on it. The blood circulation is being kept. Therefore the rate of finger nails is faster than toe nails.
