White dots in finger nails.... but i know for fact i don't lack calcium. So why is it?

I drink milk EVERYDAY, my family goes through literally 5-6 gallons of milk WEEKLY. So how is it that i have calcium deficiency?White dots in finger nails.... but i know for fact i don't lack calcium. So why is it?
White dots or spots on finger nails may be a sign of zinc deficiency. Natural sources of zinc are sea food, egg yolks, sardines, soybeans, sunflower seeds and whole grains.White dots in finger nails.... but i know for fact i don't lack calcium. So why is it?
It's not lack of calcium its too much calcium, they are calcium deposits
I asked my doctor that once when I was a teen, and he said it is a damaged spot on your nail, and will go away on its own.
