this has happened to me many times. if it JUST happened you can take a paperclip and hold a lighter to the tip and when the paperclip is red hot hold it to your nail. it'll make a hole and the blood should come out. but if its been more the 10 minutes the blood is clotted or dried and all you can do is just leave it. it'll eventually fall out and a new nail will grow in.
btw, if you do the paperclip thing after the blood is clotted it will just put more pressure under the nail and make it hurt worse so you have to do it right away.My finger accidentally got jammed in the door and now its bleeding in between my hand and nail help!!!?
Homeopathy is very helpful in first aid. Arnica 30 pills can be taken 4 times and with this Hypericum 200 twice a day for a week should be taken.

leave it or you want to relieve the pressure get a hot needle and pierce a whole through the nail. WILL HURT A LOT. BTW, most likely the nail will fall off.
